Wealth Gym ("the App") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The App is a financial tracking tool — your financial data belongs to you.
The App stores the information you enter: your name, profile details, financial transactions, goals, plans, grind sessions, habits, and social posts. Community features (posts, network activity) store content you choose to share.
Your dollar figures, net worth, transactions, and budget details are visible only to you. They are never exposed in community features, feed posts, or network activity. Other users can only see your name, avatar, and streak/tier badges.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your financial data with advertisers or data brokers.
You can download all your data at any time from Settings → Privacy → Export my data. The export includes all your records in a standard JSON format.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes all your data — profile, transactions, goals, sessions, posts, and more. This action cannot be undone.
The App uses the platform's authentication system to manage your login. Your email and hashed password are handled by the platform's secure auth service. We support email/password and Google login.
The App may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity or financial information.
Your data is stored securely using the platform's infrastructure. Access is controlled per-user. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. These rights are available directly in the App via Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
